About Shari Henkell

Since becoming a full-time real estate agent in 2020, I’ve had the privilege of helping over 60 families buy and sell their homes, with more than $40 million in closed and pending sales across Long Island’s South Shore. As a longtime Merrick resident, I live here with my husband and two amazing children, and I’m actively involved in our schools and community—because to me, real estate is about people, not just properties.

Before real estate, I earned a business degree while working in my family’s business and later built a career in finance, supporting small to mid-sized companies. I also co-founded and led two Girl Scout troops, which helped spark my passion for leadership, service, and community involvement.

Encouraged by those who believed in my ability to thrive in this industry, I launched my career with The Paul Conforti Team at Douglas Elliman, where I gained invaluable experience and built a reputation for being client-focused, hardworking, and compassionate.
